Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. You pay in cash when your candle is delivered. No advance payment needed.
How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?
In Karachi we deliver within 24 hours of order confirmation. Everywhere else in Pakistan takes 4 working days via Leopards / PostEx, and you get tracking by SMS. Delivery is a flat Rs 200 per order, and FREE when you order 2 or more candles.
What if my candle arrives broken?
We replace it free. Just send us a photo or video of the damaged candle within 48 hours of delivery by email at hushandwick@gmail.com.
What is the difference between scented and unscented?
Both look exactly the same. Scented candles release a gentle fragrance when lit. Unscented is ideal if you are sensitive to fragrance or want to keep the candle purely as décor.
Can I actually burn it, or is it just for decoration?
You can do both. Many customers keep it as a decoration piece. If you light it, place it on a heat-safe plate, keep it away from curtains, children and pets, and never leave it burning unattended.
Can I order in bulk for an event or as gifts?
